Safi – Review

Hello my lovelies … How have you been? If you have been following my social media you would know by now that I have been following Hamdard Safi course, I have two teaspoons of Safi with a glass of water every night before I go to bed. I feel bedtime rituals are easier to follow and mostly I tend to never miss a day and I am happy to report that I haven’t missed a day!

I started having Safi upon my mom’s insistence to give it a try after I came back with zits on my face from my trip to Bali. Constant eating out, late nights and not drinking enough water while on the holiday had taken its toll on my skin. The tummy wasn’t clearing too well and that didn’t help my case. That’s how come I started the schedule, just like good old days.

Having Safi reminded me of my teenage years, when I started getting a few pimples and mom got me my first Safi bottle. Needless to say it became a routine all through my teenage to have Safi every day.

The packaging is still green and indicates all things herbal and reassuringly familiar. It’s a natural blood purifier and so is mentioned on the box.

It tastes almost the same just a tad bit less bitter than I remember, it’s a medicine after all and one gets used to the taste, adding water to it is one thing you can do to manage its taste. Water helps flush Safi down in the system and it doesn’t leave an after taste, which is good.

As I mentioned, my tummy hadn’t been clearing well so after having Safi for first two days my tummy has been happy, I am glad that it helped with that as stomach issues show on our skin.

I wasn’t expecting a miracle immediately that would be unrealistic as everything takes time to start showing effects.

Week one was all about getting into the routine, tummy clearing was a bonus from day 2. By the second week I could already feel my zits drying up, it is my friend who noticed and said that my pimples were getting better, yay…. Safi seemed to have started showing its benefits.

I kept on posting my updates on my social media to keep a track and share my experience with everyone. By the end of 3 weeks, my skin looks and feels better and zits have almost dried up. My plan is to continue having Safi for a while for it to clear toxins in my blood, as it claims to be a blood purifier. Plus I have diligently started having more water as an added skin care routine.

This was my experience with Safi. Let me know what all do you do to for the zits and regular skin care.
